Reliable Communication and Intelligent Firmware Management

The RTU utilizes a self-developed, lightweight proprietary IP communication technology optimized for embedded systems, offering small code size, low memory footprint, and high operational efficiency. Its industrial-grade 4G design provides universal network compatibility.

For easy maintenance, the Hero V9 RTU firmware supports wireless remote upgrades via Bluetooth or 4G, facilitating feature iteration and reducing long-term operational costs. Parameters can be flexibly configured through serial port, APP, or Web platform.

Advanced Data Acquisition and Alarm Functions

Beyond standard limit alarms, this remote telemetry terminal supports instantaneous mutation alarm configuration for flow, pressure, and liquid level. For DMA night flow analysis, it can be configured to automatically switch from regular to ultra-high-frequency (second-level) collection cycles during specified night hours, ensuring accurate data for leakage algorithms.

The unit features large-capacity data storage with 16M Flash memory, capable of storing over 50,000 historical data points. It also supports multi-center reporting to up to 3 data centers in either multi-active or primary/backup mode for maximum data reliability.

Comprehensive Sensor Integration Capabilities

The Hero V9 portable RTU is equipped with versatile input interfaces to connect with a wide array of field instruments. It supports one RS485 interface for standard MODBUS-RTU, CJ-188, and other meter protocols.

An independent pulse acquisition module handles three switch signal inputs, compatible with Hall effect and reed switch signals from pulse mechanical meters. Additionally, two analog interfaces support connection to pressure or level sensors, accepting voltage (0-5V) and current (4-20mA) signals with independently configurable ranges.

E-Ink Display and Easy Installation Design

A standard e-ink display with magnetic control buttons provides clear visual status for signal strength, battery voltage, process variables, and cycle settings. This low-power display is ideal for field viewing.

The RTU comes with a mounting bracket and a unique buckle connection, allowing for direct installation on instrument well walls. This design enables quick secondary disassembly, greatly simplifying both initial construction and subsequent maintenance work.
